A USB Type C PCB mod for the Game Boy Color from RetroSix, designed in conjunction with the Cleanjuice rechargeable battery. This USB port is now included with the GBC CleanJuice and this listing is for a replacement port if needed.
FEATURES:
- Adds USB-C charging feature to GBC.
- When paired with the Cleanjuice it can support wired charging. Solder a single wire from the USB-C port to the USB-C pad on the CleanJuice.
- Replaces the original DC jack.
- Soldering required.
- You can charge and play at the same time, and the 5V is safely isolated and protected from the rest of the system, only going to the charge circuit to charge the CleanJuice.
